We are actively recruiting for an Assembly position for a temp-to hire opportunity with our client.  

Assembly Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree preferred. If no High School Diploma, at least two years of related experience or training alternative.
  • Use of hand tolls, power tools, measuring instruments, etc
  • Use of addition, subtraction, multiplication and the division of numbers including decimals and factions.

Assembly Service Job Description:

  • Assembles all units/products with identified components using specified tools and fasteners.
  • Operates small hand, air, and electric tools.
  • Monitors components for defects, own work, and unit quality during the full production process to ensure quality compliance.
  • Responsible for ordering parts as necessary.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves problems to maintain product quality standards.
  • May assist with packing of assembled products/units and move material to designated area when complete due to workload or production demands.
  • Communicates with co-workers, management, and vendors on part status, quality issues, etc.
  • Adheres to Kanban instructions and 5-s’s framework.
  • Follows all safe work practices and procedures such as PPE requirements, LOTO, etc.
  • Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and/or production.
