They are specialists in barrier coating technologies; providing protection to metal, concrete, wood, and composites from corrosion and chemical attack, UV and weather extremes, and impact and abrasion resistance expected in industrial paint and coating products. Their customers, spanning the globe, come to us looking for distinctive coating solutions that can’t be satisfied by an “off the shelf” product, nor can be supplied by traditional paint manufacturers or paint stores.

We are actively recruiting for Customer Service for a temp-to hire opportunity with our client.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay: $17.00

Customer Service Job Requirements:
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word and Outlook
? Must demonstrate strong, effective communication skills
? Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once
? Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization
? General knowledge of Sage software a plus

? 1-3 years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.

Customer Service Job Description:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

? Work collaboratively with outside sales reps and other customer service personnel.
? Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers to ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction.
? Process customer orders and verify availability and pricing via telephone or electronic means, including confirming order with our company field sales representatives.
? Develop knowledge of multiple brand products and provide same customer service for each.
? Set up and maintain new credit card customers in accounting system.
? Handle various customer inquiries such as pricing, freight cost, shipping information, inventory, and the like.
? Stay in contact with customer through shipping process and assisting with tracking deliveries. Provide accurate information regarding the status of open orders.
? Facilitates customer complaints including arranging product return and issuing credit to maintain customer goodwill.
? Assist with pour-off requests, lab fulfillments, and other custom requests.
? Process small batch and lab requests.
