Process Development Engineer Job Description:

• Conduct process development tests which include determining test requirements, equipment, arrangement, supplies, and optimizing the process.
• Supervise and assist Technicians during setup as needed.
• Compile and analyze test data followed by writing a technical customer report.
• Assist in and lead R&D projects as needed, compile data, and write final technical reports.
• Conduct bench-top feasibility studies.
• Participate on the Safety Committee when required; focus on safe operating procedures, practices, and equipment; follow proper notification procedures when needed.
• Perform field service and startup work as assigned.


Process Development Engineer Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• 0-3 years of experience in relatable engineering position
• Proficient in using and understanding analytical instrumentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, priorities and expectations
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
• Experience working with internal and external customers, consultants and suppliers
• Good communication skills including both written & verbal
